THE Chef

Our chef, Tawatchai, is known to his friends as Paul. He is originally from Bangkok, Thailand and has been living in Australia since 2004. From a very early age, he was cooking for his family and developed a natural affinity for the kitchen. Since moving to Australia, he has excelled in his formal training and expanded his skills in other cuisines such as Italian food. He has worked in some of Sydney’s best fine dining restaurants.

He is passionate about the art of cooking and looks forward to serving you. He has turned his exceptional skills to produce his modern take on a range of Thai favourites, freshly prepared to order.
